We need to add security maintenance for our PHP7 build.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #42297 +++

Please build PHP7 for UCS 4.1. It should be provided in a scope.

It will be used in an App Appliance first. At a later point the App will be converted to Docker.

I've adjusted my crude srcpkgfindmaintained.sh script. Maybe I can improve that once the packages are actually publicly announced.
