ucs-school-webproxy/conffiles/etc/apache2/sites-available/wpad-config needs to be migrated to the Apache2.4 API changes.

I guess the content is still valid but the name has to be changed to e.g. wpad.conf

It seems the move of the configfile is incomplete: You need to add debian/*.maintscript containing rm_conffile like in svn r76911.
