Description Florian Best univentionstaff 2016-09-23 15:29:55 CEST

23.09.16 15:21:02.652 DEBUG_INIT

I installed a fresh UCS 4.1-3 via our USB sticks. Installed all latest errata updates.
Afterwards I still had these entries:
--------------------------------------
root@xen7:~# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
#

# deb cdrom:[UCS GNU/Linux 4.1-3 _Ucs413_ - Official Release amd64 DVD Binary-1 20160809-09:34]/ ucs413 main

deb cdrom:[UCS GNU/Linux 4.1-3 _Ucs413_ - Official Release amd64 DVD Binary-1 20160809-09:34]/ ucs413 main
-------------------------------------

I could install the app if I remove these entries. (Why weren't they removed after the installation?)

The worst thing here is that the appcenter afterwards doesn't even show an error message.

Is it reproducible?

What exactly?

That the sources list is corrupted or that the appcenter doesn't work if the sources list is corrupted?

I will test Tuesday what happens with:
echo "deb cdrom:[UCS GNU/Linux 4.1-3 _Ucs413_ - Official Release amd64 DVD Binary-1 20160809-09:34]/ ucs413 main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
