The manpage of smb.conf says:
security mask (S)

           This parameter has been removed for Samba 4.0.0.

and
force security mode (S)

           This parameter has been removed for Samba 4.0.0.

           No default

The customer could ask, why it is possible to configure these parameters, if these were removed in samba.

Ok, https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9190 removed these parameters, I adjusted the samba-shares.py listener module in univention-samba and univention-samba4. Changes merged to UCS 4.2 and changelog added.

The corresponding properties in UMC/UDM will be removed later via Bug 42805.
