Univention Bugzilla – Bug 42792
radius configuration wizard
Last modified: 2021-05-03 21:30:39 CEST
With the increased advertising of BYOD as a concept in UCS, the RADIUS app should become better manageable. To remove a cumbersome and error prone step, a "RADIUS management wizard" could be created. Like the UCS@school wizards it would not be a setup-wizard to be run once, but to continuously manage certain objects. * manage APs (/etc/freeradius/clients.conf): Bug #25935 * use "radwho" (or the radutmp file directly) to display currently (or at least recently) logged in users/devices * allow (temporary) blocking of those users/devices * mark/tag computer/* objects as BYOD/WiFi devices, so they can be listed (filtered) separately * will allow easier selecting and grouping of devices * generator of temporary guest access tokens (name/password, QR-code?)
Would be nice for some school customer
