nagios2 prevents apache restart - AuthPAM_Enabled

During the upgrade to UCS-4.2-0: Reloading web server: apache2 failed! The apache2 configtest failed. Not doing anything. ... (warning). Output of config test was: AH00526: Syntax error on line 40 of /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/nagios3.conf: Invalid command 'AuthPAM_Enabled', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration Action 'configtest' failed. The Apache error log may have more information.
