Some Apps need php-apcu (5.1.7+4.0.11-2),

this package can be imported from stretch (plus the requierd dh-php package)

OK: php-apcu and dh-php imported and build
~; dh-php is a build dependency and requires unmaintained packages. Should be OK for now
