The portal is not installed by default. We need to decide if the portal is installed on every UCS system or only on Master and Backup or if it will be a new App in the App Center.

I've added a default dependency for Master and Backup servers so that UCS 4.2 MS1 users can see the new portal.

I changed the dependency to a recommendation for the package univention-server-role-common. In this way, it is also possible to uninstall the portal page. I added univention-portal to the tasks list in order to include it on a DVD.
