Jenkins-Job update-3.3-to-4.0 missing (with test-errata for UCS 3.3)

Currently there don't seem to be Jenkins test jobs for the release update from UCS 3.3 to UCS 4.0 (only apptest). The also need to install packages from the errata-test scope for UCS 3.3. We need that to monitor the update path before releasing Errata Updates for UCS 3.3.
