The link belonging to a portal icon becomes clickeable only after the animation is finished, so i have to wait (and click unsuccessfully several times) until the animation is finished. I think it is more noticeable in firefox than in chromium.

The app center uses the same animation, the bug also applies there.

OK: I could click a link on the portal immediately without waiting for the animation to be finished.

Felix and i can still reproduce this issue. The clickable area is apparently still not the top layer

I cannot reproduce the issue, great! Setting to worksforme. Closing the bug as nothing has to be released here
