By default, UCS 4.2 uses SAML for the authentication if ucs-sso is reachable for the web browser. In my test setups, it works really great.

On the SAML login page, we should add a link for the normal authentication. This allows the users to login even if SAML is not working completely.

I don't think so. If it is needed, we can add it later.
