Stabilize UCS 4.2 Jenkins tests

The UCS 4.2 Jenkins should should be stabilize. r77931: utils.sh: wait_for_reboot: wait 30 seconds after apache is up and running. I saw some cases in 4.2 that for example slapd was started after apache (Bug #43927)
r77932: * 10_ldap/25reconnect_uldap: Wait for some seconds after the test case finished. Otherwise the following test case might be fail (Bug #43927)
r77933: * 01_base/101_install_all_packages_from_a_release: Increase timeout to 2 hours (Bug #77932)
r77947: * Configure eth0 as static interface otherwise the join and some tests might fail (Bug #31778, Bug #43927)
r77953: * 10_ldap/25reconnect_uldap: systemd logged something like this 'slapd.service start request repeated too quickly, refusing to start.'. Try to give some more time between the test cases (Bug #43927)
r78240: * Use upper / lower case mix for domainname (Bug #43927)
We've still some tests which fail but it works basically.
No release blocker.
I've changed 50_samba.41password_change.test because it randomly failed on a memberserver.
