Script to "repair" settings/portal_entry based on current, local UCR

When
  ucr set ucs/web/overview/admin/$id/link=
fails to create/modify a UDM object for some reason, there is no "backlog" or something like that. The change is just lost. Setting this variable again would trigger the creation/modification again, but this is not user friendly and not script friendly if one wants a "reset".

Adding a script that rebuilds all entries from the UCRVs would be nice.

Note that it can only create and modify existing entries. Unsetting a UCRV should have deleted an entry. If this fails, there is no connection to the portal_entry and it lives until someone manually deletes it from LDAP. UCR cannot "redo" this.

There should be a graphical user interface to add links to the new portal site.

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.2.

UCS 4.2 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen it and update the UCS version. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
