Password self service entries have been removed from the overview site

In UCS 4.1, two entries for password reset and password change have been created. These entries should be available in UCS 4.2 as well. I think they should be added in the domain portal.
I've moved the creation of the portal entry to the join script. I think it is much better to create the UDM portal entries instead of adding UCR variables which are translated into UDM objects. I've also changed the name from 'Self Service' into 'Change password'. I think it is more like the old 4.1 entry. If you think a password reset entry should be added as well, please reopen. The portal-entry-link forces the language to English. The manual lists two modules.
