Fix dhcp-leases-list

> # dpkg -S dhcp-lease-list
> isc-dhcp-server: /usr/sbin/dhcp-lease-list

> # dhcp-lease-list
> To get manufacturer names please download http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/oui.txt to /usr/local/etc/oui.txt

That package should recommend "ieee-data" and use "/usr/share/ieee-data/oui.txt"

> Cannot open /var/db/dhcpd.leases: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden at /usr/sbin/dhcp-lease-list line 69.

The perl script should be fixed to use /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases
