UCS 4.2-0 errata4

Whenever installing a package or app that adds a new init-script, insserv complains at least about three init-scripts of univention-system-setup:

> insserv: warning: script 'K01univention-system-setup-boot' missing LSB tags and overrides
> insserv: warning: script 'univention-system-setup-boot-prepare' missing LSB tags and overrides
> insserv: warning: script 'univention-system-setup-boot' missing LSB tags and overrides

This doesn't seem to break anything afaics, but when using "univention-app install", those lines are colored red - this way one can easily assume that it's an error and not a warning.
