The test case doesn't fail with the prior version.

The log output shows the failure and that failure has been fixed with Bug 45088.

But a test script which shows success when there is a failure is worthless.

The test script checks Bug #43628 not Bug #45088.

OK: test fails with UCS 4.2-1 and passes with UCS 4.2-1-errata197.
