Error message when trying to change password

When forced to change an expired password via the UMC I got the error message, that can be seen in the attachment. It doesn't state the problem, that the password wasn't complex enough.

I'm not absolutely sure, but I think I tried to change to a more complex password afterwards and it didn't work either.

When trying to ssh to a UCS-server I was asked to change my password, too, but this time I got the following error message: "Password does not meet complexity requirements". I was able to change the password, when I chose a more complex one.
