Project materials currently get distributed to all members of one class (ex.: if a class is the member of a project), which includes other teachers and the distributing teacher.

Teachers shouldn't receive materials distributed to their class, as they don't need them and this only wastes home-directory space.
(Especially, if all teachers are members of classes)

The collecting Teacher furthermore shouldn't be able to collect files from other teachers.
