Scrolling

It's more or less a regression. Since UCS 4.2 the work in the LDAP directory UMC Module for customers with a lot of cn's or ou's (schools) is pretty annoying. 
You permanently scroll up and down to find the right cn/ou with right entries.

We should align the left side of umc.widgets.Page so that scrolling doesn't affect the visibility. This would fix the tree in the DNS/DHCP/LDAP Directory module as well as the tabs in the object view.

This is a horrible UX. 
Independent of the number of OUs, this can be achieved easily when expanding cn=univention -> cn=temporary while trying to delete leftovers of temporary objects.

The LDAP Tree and list view now can be scrolled independently. The one bug that messed up the layout in other modules has been fixed. OK
