The fix has to be ported to UCS 4.2

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #45671 +++

After internal discussion, the updater message that is shown for UCS releases in extended maintenance is ambiguous.

Improved version for extendedEnterpriseMsg:
"<b>Warning</b>: You are currently using UCS {0}. Security updates for this version are only available for customers with an enterprise subscription. To receive security updates, update the system to the latest UCS version. Alternatively, you can upgrade to an enterprise subscription to receive extended maintenance for this UCS release. <a target='_blank' href='https://www.univention.com/contact/'>Feel free to contact us if you want to know more</a>.

What I tested:
German version -> OK
English version -> OK
Not shown in 4.2-4 -> OK
Shown in 4.2-5 -> OK
Links are working -> OK
Changelog instead of yaml -> OK
