Once the mysql -> mariadb switch is verified, the ucs 4.3 release notes should be extended with an overview of the switch to mariadb

Wrong 'not'?
The package <package>univention-mysql</package> will __not__ install a MariaDB server on UCS 4.3.

Most other changelog entries use "has been":
In UCS 4.3, MySQL was replaced with MariaDB. -> MySQL has been replaced by MariaDB.

release notes:
UCS 4.3 replaces MySQL with MariaDB to stay consistent with the upstream Debian version. ->
MySQL has been replaced by MariaDB to stay consistent with the upstream Debian Stretch version.
