nagios || icinga for UCS 4.3

nagios3 is no longer part of debian, we have to use the old jessie nagios3 package, the new icinga/2 stretch packages or the new upstream version nagios4
For testing purposes i have cherry picked the old nagios3 package to UCS 4.3. The installation of univention-nagios-server and nagios3 works now. But we should probable move to nagios4.
* added nagios (4.3.4-0), new debian package based on the nagios3 debian package from upstream https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagioscore/releases/nagios-4.3.4.tar.gz * univention-nagios - nagios3 -> nagios - updated config templates TODO update
update univention-nagios: * during this update move file from nagios3 to nagios /var/cache/nagios3/objects.cache /var/cache/nagios3/status.dat /var/log/nagios3/nagios.log /var/log/nagios3/archives/* /etc/nagios3/conf.local.d/* (local configs) /etc/nagios3/conf.univention.d/* (univention configs, automatically generated by listener) QA? is this all QA? an alternative form moving the conf.univention.d/* files would be to resync the listener handler (univention-directory-listener-ctrl resync nagios-server) i am not sure what is better my tests: installation OK update with univention-nagios-server OK update with nagios3 nagios3-cgi OK QA please also test a mixed environment 4.3 master with nagios server and 4.1 and 4.2 nagios clients
