Meta Bug for the simplification and standardization of the UCS@school installation process with emphasis on forcing the correct order of installation of DCs and Samba.

As this includes changes to the UCS-installer, it can only be released with a new UCS version. That could be 4.3-0, but will more likely be 4.3-1.
