I had to update a call to psutils, because the newer version in UCS 4.3 changed its interface.

new package added.

I made a quick test with Desktop rollout, join, login

OK - Installation
OK - Image download
OK - ucc computer management
OK - Rollout tc, desktop

After the jenkins test
http://jenkins.knut.univention.de:8080/job/UCS-4.3/job/Apps/job/ucc/
the app can be released for 4.3
