Ok but it doesn't get added on updates. Should we increase the joinscript version?

Also needs to be done in UCS@school metapackages too unfortunately. I've split that off as Bug 46265.

I've added a changelog-4.3.xml entry.

this is a fix to please the 51_samba4/31well-known-security-principals test, not a fix to a "real world" problem, i would not risk re-run the join script for this
