The join tool doesn't start if I insert the values for domain, username and password and hitting ENTER. I need to press the Join button as well.

I've this change the ubuntu17.10 branch and cherrypicked it to the other three:

95effa5 Bug #46178: connect enter to join button

I didn't commit new changelog versions yet.

Verified: Passwort field accepts enter.
