Updating a Memberserver (unjoined) from UCS 4.2-3 to UCS 4.3-ms1 installs univention-ldap-sever. Apparently this is due to commit f5adc6cc7d8a, which added that package as dependency for univention-portal. This was done under Bug #46270.
