squid3 installation in 4.3 fails

Installed on the system was squid3 3.5.23-5A~4.3.0.201801151932 which was an interim version from Jan 15th now in 4.3 we have 3.5.23-5+deb9u1 -> 3.5.23-5+deb9u1A~4.3.0.201803011021 from Mar 1st -> Updates from interim packages are not supported. See a similar issue during development in bug #45935 (An update from 4.2 to 4.3 just now with univention-squid installed worked fine)
