UCS has 2.1.0 (?), Debian has 3.0.3, new Upstream is at 4.0.4

Kunde hat sich erkundigt, da bei uns in den Dokumenten noch überall iTALC steht

We've got a first PoC for a new Veyon API which can be used in UCS@school. Integration es expected to be release later in Q4 or early Q1.
