UCS 4.2-4 Jenkins tests

Jenkins tests for 4.2-4 should be created.

We had a look at the tests, as some failed completely. Due to restructuring the tests in 4.3 and by backporting these changes, something currently fails. I.e. there is a mismatch in test naming and the actual test performed.

As "setup-join.sh" does not use "set -e" it continues after "108 apt-get update" and goes from bad to nightmare: - the server role package was not installed and configured correctly - the LDAP server was not loaded with the correct LDIF data - the DNS server was switched over to the broken localhost - univention-dnsedit is stuck in an unlimited timeout (Bug #39539) I ignore this for now.

Again the same error as in comment 4; see Bug #46993 for a possible explanation
