The s4-connector is never restarted during setup if installed prior to ucs@school

A lot of ucr variables that are set during the @school setup take only effect after an univention-s4-connector restart.

For example connector/s4/mapping/group/syncmode=write

The connector restart has not been in the join sripts / postinst, because a system restart is assumed. The documentation says:

Installation und Konfiguration von UCS@school sollten mit einem Neustart des Systems abgeschlossen werden.

But a) it doesn't say it's mandatory, and b) I think it's good the installation puts the system in a correct state as much and early as possible.

A restart may still required, because if the connector was not running, it won't be started by the "try-restart".
