Description Valentin Heidelberger univentionstaff 2018-08-10 12:39:41 CEST
Multi-edit of users is possible in the standard non-school UMC module "Users". It's impossible in the "Users (schools)" module below the "school administration" category though. The "Edit" button is just greyed out as soon as more than one user is selected.

Instead of using the comfortable search for different school roles and schools in the "Users (schools)" module, a user would have to set up a custom filter in the normal "Users" module to do a multi-edit.

What kind of multi edit would you like to have? Changing classes or the full udm multi edit like in the "Users" module?

I'd be happy with the full udm multi edit like in the "Users" module.

I came across this missing feature, when adjusting the schoolRole for about 100 non-school users which are placed in the school below users, because the diagnostic module shows these attributes are missing, and the customer could not do this by himself

For many customers it is not easy, to script a loop for this. A multi-edit would help a lot. All school features should be displayed.
