The test case test/ucs-test/tests/53_samba-common/49share_local_conf runs

    /etc/init.d/samba-ad-dc restart

This may suffer from Bug 47634, and generally I'd currently recommend to do a full samba restart via /etc/init.d/samba in order to leave behind a stable Samba setup.
