Description Michael Grandjean univentionstaff 2018-08-23 19:54:23 CEST
This is based on customer feedback:

It sould be possible to schedule and prepare an exam in advance.

Right now an exam can be started and the chosen computer room is then blocked with the exam. The customer suggested a feature similar to the "Distribute materials" module:

- define a start date and start time (e.g. "in three days at 9 am")
- define an end date and end time
- define settings for internet/share/printer access
- upload files
--> UCS prepares all the settings (maybe via an at-job or similar), but does not block the computer room in the meanwhile

- come back three days later and actually start the exam (and save time because of the preparation from three days ago)
