This is based on customer feedback:

Currently, a teacher using the computerroom module can choose to use an existing internet rule or create their own from scratch.
Th customer suggested that it should be possible to choose an existing internet rule (that may already contain a lot of entries) and then add additional domains on top, temporary for this computerroom.

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.3.

UCS 4.3 is out of maintenance and UCS components may have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.
