If installing UCS-4.3-2 from an USB stick, grub-install shows the screen to select  the boot device. It includes the USB stick itself in addition to the target hard disc device.

What I tested:
Install from cd -> OK
Install from usb -> OK
Install from usb with additional usb -> OK
Install from usb with multiple hard drives -> OK

As discussed no YAML needed but a changelog for 4.3-3. See bug 48008
