uib builds own packages of wimtools and distributes it with the opsi app. They'd rather use the wimtools packages in UCS, but without the requirement to activate the unmaintained repository on the UCS target system.

The wimtools package should be moved to the UCS maintained repository.

We can move the packages to maintained with the next UCS release. In the meantime, the ISV should provide the packages in the app repository. The packages should be taken from the unmaintained repository, building them again is not necessary.

This alone is insufficient because of Bug #46294
