A customer asked for a way to modify the favicon used by the Portal. 
Afaik this is currently hard-coded to /var/www/favicon.ico
Maybe it could be modifiable via the portal settings for the "domain" portal or via UCR?

Favicon for UMC and Portal is now configurable via the UCR variable umc/web/favicon.
