UCS 4.4-0 is scheduled for next week. UCS ISO + Appliances available. UCS announced. release yaml exists. EC2 AMIs are copied and public.

OK: pre update checks can be downloaded and executed
OK: ignore-UCR varaibles are evaluated
OK: release notes de/en (I fixed a small typo and removed the "->" before the commands)
