base/univention-server/etc//bootsplash/themes/ contains several images.
its debian/copyright contains this:

The following files are excluded from the GNU AGPL V3 license:
 - conffiles/etc/bootsplash/themes/*/images/*-splash-*x*.jpg

1. the path is wrong: it is only 'etc/' not below 'conffiles/'; as such the exception does not trigger.
2. even if it would match, no licence applies to those files, which makes the source and package undistributable as nobody except us has a license.

As far as I know these images are no longer used anyway and can/should be removed.
