We want to add a feature called "Vote for App". It is already present in the catalogue: Apps that are not yet in the App Center should still be viewable. Instead of installing the App, users may "vote" for it, giving us feedback how important the App is to UCS users.

"Vote for App" should very much work like it does in the catalog. I used (nearly) the same icons and waited for Bug#48449 to give me the UI that it looks like the catalog.

The actual vote is implemented via the reporting tool.
