remove samba4_ldb_sam_module_prepend from 62ucs-school-central-slave.inst/62ucs-school-master.inst

Setup for a ucs@school central slave with univention-samba4 fails with Multifile: /etc/samba/smb.conf Samba4 does not seem to be provisioned, skipping samba4_ldb_sam_module_prepend ************************************************************************** * Join failed! * * Contact your system administrator * ************************************************************************** * Message: Please visit https://help.univention.com/t/8842 for common problems during the join and how to fix them -- FAILED: 62ucs-school-central-slave.inst 62ucs-school-central-slave.inst is executed before the samba join scripts and breaks te join (exit 1 in univention-samba4/lib/base.sh)
I think we can remove samba4_ldb_sam_module_prepend from 62ucs-school-central-slave.inst and 62ucs-school-master.inst. Those join scripts only need to set the samba4/ldb/sam/module/prepend UCR variable. samba4_ldb_sam_module_prepend is already called in 96univention-samba4.inst. @arvid, what do you think?
