The reboot server progress bar doesn't wait until the server is reachable again.
Instead it's shown first:
* "An error occurred while connecting to the server, please try again later."
and second:
* "Your session has expired, please login again.  [Forbidden]"

The hint which is displayed is therefore not true anymore:
Note: After the restart you will be redirected to the login page.
