The package base/univention-app-appliance should be migrated to use dh_python instead of python-support.

This package was unmaintained and should not have been commited to staging. It caused the process_errata script to send http://errata.software-univention.de/ucs/4.4/354.html under the name "univention-app-appliance" and we had to abort the Mail sending and dor this manually for 20 packages. Pretty annoying.
