Description Florian Best univentionstaff 2019-03-28 10:25:42 CET
The package base/univention-heimdal should be migrated to use dh_python instead of python-support.

Patch available in git:dh-python/base
Comment 2 Florian Best univentionstaff 2019-11-05 14:40:07 CET
univention-heimdal don't have any python packages. Removed the build dependency.
No package content changes → No need for package rebuild + erratum.

After upgrading the heimdal package I couldn't use the self-service to change a password any more.
I had to restart heimdal "systemctl status heimdal-kdc.service"

How to reproduce:
Install the self-service
Update heimdal
Try to change a users password through the self-service -> Error
Restart heimadl
Try to change a users password through the self-service -> Works

Any ideas?

This error happens immediately after installing the Self-Service, even without upgrading to the latest internal univention-heimdal package.
It has nothing to do with this change, created Bug #50524.
