List all running exams in the exam module

Task from Scrum Board: The module Start Exam is to become the module Exams, which initially displays a grid with all running class tests. The grid shows who created the class test (organizer), which users and rooms participate, how many files were distributed and in which status the class test is (not started, started).
The feature is implemented in oschwieg/4.4/49527 A grid is shown first which lists all running exams and can be filtered by pattern and only own exams or all. There is now a button to create an new exam The wizard does not quit the module anymore upon cancellation or completion The wizard can now be canceled in every step except the reboot page. The cancel button on the finished page is renamed to close wizard
With our new Scrum process the changes now moved to efb/4.4/KA The changes (including changelog, doc, advisory) are merged into the efb/4.4/KA Please perform the QA and reopen the Bug for standby of merge and build. Changed packages: ucs-school-umc-exam
