wrong text on some app tiles

UCS: 4.4-0 errata175

Once a certain amount of apps are installed, the UMC displays the wrong text on App tiles in the UMC overview. The display error is only happening when a non english translation is used in UMC. This can be seen on apps in the 'installed apps' category or the favorites tab.

See attached screenshot: The title and / or the description of certain tiles is wrong.

Probably not related to a certain app, but here is the list of installed apps which could reproduce the issue:

I guess, this is a duplicate. Just a "not so critical" list of apps.
