Description Ingo Steuwer univentionstaff 2019-08-16 12:04:57 CEST
Situation:

* host A has configured host B as "parent"
* host B is renamed in UMC to host C
* host A still refers to a non existing host B as parent
* the Nagios config is broken, Nagios will work with the old config and won't (re-)start anymore

Expectation:
* UDM computer modules should update these referrals if the hostname is modified
Comment 1 Ingo Steuwer univentionstaff 2019-08-16 12:06:58 CEST
workaround: either undo the rename or update the referral on all affected computer objects
Comment 2 Florian Best univentionstaff 2019-08-16 16:06:50 CEST
This is partly a duplicate of Bug #29709 and there is the generic issue in Bug #32192 for all references in computer objects.

Nagios is discontinued -> WONTFIX
