In the manual https://docs.software-univention.de/handbuch-4.4.html#print::shares_5 is mentioned how to use multiple print server per printer. The customer failed to configure this scenario with the conclusion that it isn't possible.

So you expect to improove the documentation here? Did the customer try this via UMC or via the UDM command line?
I don't see anything what we can do here if it's about that the customer is not able to just click the button "New entry" and select another print server. Or do I misunderstand the problem?

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it.

If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
